“Love the fact this place is close to home and open 24 hrs which is very nice for those of us that work crazy hours. Stephanie and Joey, the owners, are great people and they don't judge you, in fact they answer questions about your fitness and are always trying to help you and keep you motivated. Unlike some other gyms, you feel comfortable going in and working out, especially if your a self conscious person. Plenty of different ways to work out, whether your into cardio, weight lifting, or yoga.”
