We’ve been here for several years now. We have two storage units and our experience has always been wonderful. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. I would recommend this place.

We had a great experience with Reliable Storage in Kingston, WA. Carol and Sue, in the office, were always pleasant to speak with and helpful. It was also quite cool that they have a YARD SALE each year, where unit renters can set things out for a yard sale. Our belongings remained safe and the service was great.

Carol was so helpful in showing us how everything worked and helping us get settled. The unit was very clean as was the truck which we borrowed to move our stuff. I had used Reliable Storage 10 years ago and got great service both times. Now my daughter is renting a unit too.

The two managers at the Kingston Reliable Storage were terrific! They were helpful and responsive to my needs. The facility is clean and well managed.
