I live in another town but I always call and use the Thomasville Branch. The customer service is fabulous. They always answer the phone.

Extreamly helpful and knowledgeable about all accounts and loans that available to their customers. Everyone in the Thomasville NC brand is extremely nice and provides fast service to get you in and out all while your having the best experience possible. THOMASVILLE NC IS MY FAVORITE BRANCH!!!!!

I have been with this bank since 2006 . And I have never had a problem and the branch I am going to have the nicest and helpful people ever
