“For a beach gym this got the job done. However i felt like lack of reviews & photos made it hard for me to decide where to lift so i hope this helps someone down the road. Weightlifting: there are 2 rooms with weights & 1 room solely dedicated to cardio. One room is slightly more upper body focused while the other room does have 2 SQUAT RACKS, 4x 45LB bars & ample of bumper plates. Daily rate is $20 per person. I didn’t ask about weekly drop in rate & bathroom/ showers are very clean.”

“OBX Fit was an great HIT program on the beach. For those not wanting to miss their normal routine of hitting the gym this is the place to be! Working out on the beach adds that extra level of intensity to the program. You won't feel guilty having nightly ice cream while on vacation!! Def recommended and plan to be back every time we are in OBX!”
