“It has been really hard to write this review but I think it’s time. My mom had died and I called Bennett’s funeral service, and from that first phone call they had been on top of everything. They made us feel like family. Made sure we had everything taken care of and was patient with us and everything we had to get together for them. They are a wonderful staff of caring individuals that treats you as if you’re one of their own. I could not of picked a better place to have my mama taken care of. They were absolutely amazing. I would recommend this establishment to everyone in need of this service.”

“Both sets of my grandparents are buried at this cemetery. Also two aunts and Three uncles. I live in Virginia. When I come back home to North Carolina I visit their graves and have taken flowers to put there. Once when I was there there was a problem with one of the flower vases. I could not get it out. I went to the office and asked Katy Lail if someone could help me. Johnny Forbes came down and got down on hands and knees (it had started to rain) and fixed the vase for me. He also cleaned off my grandparents marker He was not asked to do that. The respect that Mr Forbes showed me was inspiring. He was so very nice. This cemetery is one of the prettiest and well kept that I have ever seen and the staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Visit Virginia and look at these here if you do not believe me. Thank you at Catawba for taking such good respectful care of my loved ones.”

“Never having had a reason to contact a funeral home, I chose one close to home when my husband passed, and I couldn't have had a more positive experience. Everyone at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home treated me like family, from my first meeting with Duane to express my wishes for his cremation, to the day I picked up his ashes. They contacted Social Security, got the death certificates, put me in touch with the VA and let me come back as often as I wanted for "much needed hugs"! When I sent the obituary to Becky, I was overwhelmed at how beautifully she crafted it with my husband's picture and my words. During this emotional time, they shared my grief and relieved much of my burden by what they did for me; I was surprised and pleased that they even had a private viewing room where I could say my final good by and I love you to the wonderful man with whom I shared over forty beautiful years .
