They drove out to where I was broke down on the side of the road while I waited for the tow truck to diagnose and order the parts. “Very friendly, fairly priced, does strong work. Water heater leaked in the am discovered when we woke up. We went ahead and cleaned what we could and drained remainder out. We were going to purchase and install ourselves, but Lowes carries subpar equipment and honestly…didn’t feel like struggling with a DIY. Willie was responsive, efficient and affordable. Will use him for future plumbing needs.”
