“Management is easy to work with, very efficient and accommodating. Lots are very large, easy to set up and connect in, plus plenty of space for any activities. While short term (weekenders, couple of week stays) will surely be accommodated this is a perfect RV park for long term - contract workers. Quiet and peaceful but very friendly residents! While the park doesn't offer typical campground amenities, the rates are very reasonable. Would most definitely stay here again.”

“Unfortunate bad reviews. The application process is long and complicated, because I think she is trying hard to make sure only quiet, respectful people who can afford their rent move in. I left Durham because of all the obnoxious and loud people. Sooo quiet and peaceful here loving my home so far.”

“This place was great! As soon as we arrived we were immediately greeted by April (in the pouring rain!) she was friendly and it’s evident she takes pride in her job. The layout was easy, the sites were spacious and landscape was beautiful. We stopped here in transit for one night but if we had known how nice it was we would’ve changed our itinerary to stay for several days.”
