He came by within an hour of calling, on a Sunday afternoon, and was quickly able to figure out our complex and tricky system and configuration. He was positive, helpful, and friendly- and extremely reasonably priced. And best of all- he fixed everything in a really quick amount of time and we have a working furnace- when we otherwise thought we were looking at a full replacement. What a relief!
