“I visited this store yesterday and lost my wallet at the self-service checkout. This was at a very busy time (3:56 pm). I realized this when I got home (Bronx). I immediately called Guest Services. The young lady took my I information, put me on hold and went to check. My wallet was found, secured and returned to me (intact). The shifts were changing so I know I spoke to two different ladies. They were so helpful. This is not the first time that I have lost something in Target and I have lost and found. Kudos to your staff for their honesty. I thank you. A very happy customer!!”

“I have a mixed customer experience at this particular store. Service workers could appear indifferent towards you at times. This negative attitude did cost me a gift with substantial value, that was offered as a promotion to buying Amazon fire TV. The following month, I was back for another TV and met an 'angel' who offered me the gift with new purchase. Apparently, if my previous purchase was within 2 weeks, she could have doubled my gift. And so yeah, you pray for a pleasant experience when you come here. I buy from this place regardless, because it's the closest and people's attitude doesn't bother me much. I just bought a laptop today!”
