I could have spent hours just admiring the art on the walls. Don’t skip the vintage horror selection! In our first session he performed a thorough assessment by examining my alignment, joint ranges of motion, and more. In the subsequent sessions we focused on spine, hip, and ankle adjustments, as well as massage therapy. I left every session with less tension and more range of motion. It’s a huge plus that he has a background in strength and conditioning. I finished my 100 mile race surpassing my time goal and minimal damage to my legs.
