“I've been going to classes at The Yoga Station for over a year, and I absolutely love it. Char is fabulous - always making classes fun, yet challenging at the same time. The Yoga Station is a really supportive environment. There's no sense of competition, no pretentiousness. Char and Ravi are caring and excellent instructors, very in tune with your individual needs and personal limitations. They are flexible and accomodating, altering the schedule at times so that it works for the majority of students. New classes are constantly being added. Signing up for classes here was the best decision I've made in a long time. :)”
