It is easy to be consistent and committed when training with Joe. The workouts are never boring, we feel challenged but never discouraged, and the gym itself is a great, clean environment. Joe is a super knowledgeable trainer who not only knows his stuff but is kind, welcoming, and friendly. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a “regular” gym- this type of training is worth every penny.”
