“The classes at KB Kickboxing are exactly what I was looking for! They are challenging and so much fun. And the best part: results. The owners are amazing instructors who know how to challenge their existing members while offering guidance and modifications for those that are new to the studio. Everyone fits in here. My upper body has definitely become stronger with these classes. I burn a lot of calories too. The instructors are phenomenal and take the time and patience to help each student advance while developing their strength, coordination, and skills. The birthday parties are the best- the kids have a great time while getting good exercise too.
