“1000% Shout out to Norman!!! I’m Driving through on my daily car wash and the glare from the sun bounced my signal for my premium wash to the car in the next lane. Immediately Norman assessed and reassured me not to worry. The person that received my credit for the Premium wash wanted to drive through and was asking Norman “why can’t I keep it, it’s mine” he says. Norman went above and beyond in handling this situation. He professionally advised all persons what needed to be done to correct this error and make me whole. He safely directed the cars and the guy in question and myself exchanged places so I could receive my rightful premium wash that I pay for monthly and advised the other customer to drive through again so he could pay for his wash. Thank you Norman for always having a great personality and professionalism that makes my experience with Bolla amazing.”

“We have to thank Manny for all his help in searching for our house!!! 😊 When we signed up with Manny, we told him what we were looking for, in what area and at what price. Manny took his time to show us houses, let us know when a house could be seen, he had the patience to search and put the offers because, we made several offers. Finally, I think that after several months of searching, we finally found something and the offer was accepted. Manny represented us with a lot of knowledge and helped us in the process. He recommended us the people of the inspection, which they also did a good job. That day he took the time and was in the whole process of the inspection. Also, if we had any questions, he was reachable at any time. On the closing day he made the last walk in the house to check that everything was in order before closing. In truth, I cannot complain, I truly recommend Manny, believe me that he is not one of those salespeople who are going to be pushing or bothering you all the time. Ese dia el tomo el tiempo y estuvo en todo el proceso de la inspeccion. El nos mantenia al tanto de todo lo que pasaba o necesitaban en los tramites. Si tenianos alguna pregunta, el simper estaba disponible. El dia del cierre el hizo la ultima caminada en la casa para inspecionar que todo estaba en orden antes de cerrar.
