“Today I finally ended a six month experience with Mi-Box. Back in September, I thought I would have to make a quick move, so I called around and found the best price for the unit I wanted to move my three bedroom house. They were able to deliver the unit before a week was out. The quick move ended up dragging on into December when I was finally able to make my move. Mi-Box came and picked up the unit at my old house in Middletown and delivered it to my new house in Port Jervis. Over the next month and a half, we emptied the unit and made arrangements for pickup. Then we started getting snow storms twice a week. It took an additional 2 weeks before they were able to get the unit. I would have preferred it to have left sooner but I completely understand the weather impact. Even with the hiccup at the end, the folks at Mi-Box delivered a product and service that was everything I had thought it should be. Thank you Mi-Box.”

“Two weeks ago, we were scheduled to move from Nanuet, NY to North Carolina. We had contracted with a moving company in North Carolina to make the move. While driving up to NY, the movers got caught in the snow storm that hit the Virginia and DC area along I95. The crew got stuck for 20 hours, and when they were finally able to move, were returned to North Carolina. We were then emailed by the company that they were returning our deposit and could schedule us 33 days later! In comes Freddie and the great folks at Enterprise. Not only did they move us the next day, they gave us a great quote and an unbelievable driver, who was down in NC with our possessions 36 hours later. I cannot rate this company highly enough! They turned a negative into a positive!”
