Every instructor has their own unique style which makes it so fun. I never stop learning. I love the fact that there are so many different classes to choose from as well as locations. The owner of the Hot Yoga spot really cares about the patrons and considers them to be a "valued" member of their yoga community. I never really knew much about yoga when I first started. They delivered my daughter 6 months ago, she’s my second child and my first experience with our first midwife for the birth of our son was a very difficult and a disillusioning experience! Although my husband and I knew we wanted to have another homebirth, we were weary of the process. Happily I can say that Heidi and Maureen changed our feelings and gave us a wonderful experience with the birth of our daughter! They were supportive, kind and knowledgeable. We chose to be as minimal as possible with testing and scans, which they supported completely but they always gave me all of the information needed to make an informed educated decision! They were available night and day, always happy to help as needed or even just to chat it out with an exhausted pregnant mom of a toddler! I miss our appointments and the time with them, I hole heartedly recommend HeartSpace Midwifery!”

“This place ROCKS. I was a patient at another Oncologist, and the non Doctor employees were great. But not IMHO the best. The staff are just very nice, affable, fun, and welcoming. I felt comfortable the second I stepped off the elevator. Now the Best part. The Doctor was absolutely my best experience since a my diagnosis 3 yrs ago. In 2 visits, I was for the 1st time since being told I had a cancer, at ease. Only because I was listened to, and then given the direct answers to my unknown prognosis. He didn't talk down to me and treated me as though I wasn't beneath him. Gave me more hope, as well as the complete workup and relatable diagnostics. Something I never heard in 3 years before. I'd give them all from the 1st Ladies in front desk/lobby to everyone on the whole floor. Thank You Dr. W.”

“Very overdue, but my wedding on 11.14.21 with Birch Hill Catering (at the Stablegate Barn) was an absolute dream! My guests are still talking about what a great time they had. Jessica Ryan was our coordinator and she was the absolute MVP! I was initially apprehensive about whether I should hire a wedding planner, but I'm glad I didn't because it wouldn't have been necessary. She was the glue that held the day together and answered my countless questions in the year and a half between booking and our wedding date. When COVID hit, Birch Hill was so flexible with us (we had to postpone our date twice) which was a huge relief. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“We had our second baby here at burdett and are still amazed at the great experience. My birth was absolutely amazing and I felt comfortable and listened to! The in room jacuzzi tub not only helped me deliver faster but was so relaxing during my contractions. Every member of staff treated me with kindness and equality. My obgyn came in completely ready to support me during delivery and helped me feel completely comfortable and safe. The meals were exceptional for our three day stay. We drove an hour away to deliver here and don't regret it! Highly recommend Burdett as the go to for a beautiful delivery.”

“Our wedding at Camp Schodack was amazing! We had a large wedding (200+ guests) and everyone had a fantastic time. People loved all of the camp activities, the late bonfires, and reviews of the reception dinner were glowing! My wife's family is huge so we knew that we wanted a large guest count from the start of planning. We were disappointed with the astronomical pricing that we were seeing with more traditional wedding venues/packages. The way that Camp Schodack did things scaled great with guest count. We were able to throw a full weekend party with a beautiful ceremony and reception for less that we would have paid on a traditional wedding package. A good amount of DIY, spreadsheet-making, and communication was involved but that wasn't a downside for my wife 🙂. The flexibility that they allow in planning was awesome and the staff were great to work with. One tip that we (and Camp Schodack) absolutely recommend for future weddings is to hire a coordinator for the actual wedding and reception part of the weekend. Our ceremony went off without a hitch but we had to do a little bit of live coordinating during our reception to make sure things happened on time and in order. This is by no means a complaint to/about the camp. Carter recommended that we hire a coordinator several times for this very reason and we ignored his advice 😬. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!”
