Staff was great, patient and made us feel very welcome and comfortable as new bird owners with tons of questions. Loved the open atmosphere of the birds flying around. Even taught my daughter how to catch one of the birds; she absolutely enjoyed herself. Felt no pressure or coerced to purchase anything. Big thanks to previous reviewers of this business.
