“One of the most important lessons you learn in life: if you want to be physically strong, you also have to practice balance and calmness with your mental health. Hands of Hope Physical Therapy (Jackie, in my case) understands this so well, and this has been the best experience for PT I’ve ever had. From the stretches and the conversations, I leave feeling happier and stronger. I always feel a great sense of zen when I enter the office and start my session. It’s also always a pleasure seeing Janet. She is always extremely kind and helpful when I’m doing my exercises. They provide a really calming atmosphere so you can work on what needs to be worked on with as much comfort as possible. Not only did I feel so much better after only my first appointment, I also felt at peace, and I continue to make progress that I did not think was possible. Truly feels like a tight-knit community/family. Everyone is helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a place that has it all, and I like it so much that I would travel for hours just to come here over going somewhere closer. “Professional PT is a wonderful place for all sorts of physical therapy. This location in particular has truly excellent staff, equipment, cleaning protocols, bathrooms. Scheduling and rescheduling is always a breeze & Nicola goes above and beyond to work with your scheduling needs. The phone app to access exercises at home is very thorough with explanation videos for each assigned exercise and overall very easy to navigate. I have done two rounds of PT for a herniated disc and associated pain in neck/back/arms. Each physical therapist has helped me improve so much that I am in awe. I began with Tommy & one set of exercises. He took a holistic approach to PT & also gave excellent advice on modifications to make in day to day life to help alongside the PT exercises. I got back the ability to sleep without excruciating pain waking me up. He is phenomenal. My next round of PT (recommended by my Ortho because of how successful the first round was) I did with Andrea. I was hopeful I could improve more but also worried that I may eventually plateau on pain reduction. I have been steadily improving, doing new exercises, & loving PT. Andrea and her dedication to asking her patients probing Qs & checking in also helped me improve a years-long numbness in my arm. If you're debating, don't. This place is life changing.”

“QueensBoro Physical Therapy is a very professional and caring facility. The Staff are very attentive to your health and show a great deal of personal interest. They provide services for various injuries including car accidents and sports. They have over 25yrs experience and will get you back to health with less to no pain. I personally benefited from their services coming to them with severe neck and back pain which affected and limited my walking, standing and range of motion. Over the course of time after being treated I'm able to be more mobile with less pain. Their on hands treatment, techniques along with a full exercise program and equipment has increased my ability to become more physically active. “Old fashion post office that not in a building but in a home, small but really cool. The people in the area are nice and polite. Great place to stop and do some sightseeing of the small town's history. The roads are nice for road cycling and there is a railroad that goes through the town.”
