They have great handmade pieces in their collection and delivered my order straight to my apartment door on the 17th floor, and even installed for me my dining table. I was initially worried about how the package will be handled during transit, but everything turned perfect. Package was very securely packed and my new gem was in mint condition - Not a single scratch on it. The level of detail on my new dining table is incredible- 10/10. Not only did they help book a flight but they guided me to prep for travel. Carla is known as a big breed dog. With all the airline restrictions etc, I know I had to get help with last minute changes. Most important safety was the priority. Sometimes things happen in life and our loved ones need us! “I enjoyed eating here. The atmosphere both indoors and outdoors was pretty good. Seems that the team works in tandem and we were helped by multiple servers and the bartender was super nice. There was also live music too. And I was treated fairly. Don’t believe the post that mentioned being treated differently because of skin color. I’ve never gotten that sort of treatment here. I’m dark chocolate so I would know or sensed it. They’re pretty good people and the folks complaining about automatic gratuity usually have no desire to tip at all.”

“I was searching for a groomer in the Astoria/ LIC area and came across Vivi Pet Care. At first, I was hesitant but then I read the reviews. They did not lie!! Then I called, my first impression, not the best CS on the phone but she had availability the next day & I need my pup hair's cut. So I take my 8-month-old Maltese & the moment they see each other, it's love at first sight! Not only was she gentle & patient, she went above & beyond to make us & our fur baby feel comfortable. She asked us the right questions & most importantly gave us the answers I wanted to hear and listened to what we wanted done. My baby came out looking super handsome! She did an excellent job!! His best haircut to date. The shop smells divine, is immaculate & they have a nice selection of merchandise to purchase! The cutest outfits! She is affordable& a pet whisperer!!! “I've been going to Sacred Space's yoga classes for almost a year now. I have also attended some of their workshops (Past Life Regression, Intuitive Development) and been in one of their Full Moon Meditation Reflections sessions. Sacred Space has amazing yoga instructors- Jen SM, Jen N, Ana, Alex and more. I enjoyed all of my vinyasa yoga classes and workshops. 100%. The space almost always exudes of peace and serenity. It's like there is always something to discover there, except it is the same space and it is just me who is changing. I have gotten a lot stronger through the yoga classes and I was able to explore and play with my intuition and inner wisdom at their workshops. I have not spent this much money on my own personal and physical development before, but I don't regret it at all! (Some of their workshops seem expensive at first, but I feel it is worth it.) The classes and workshops at Sacred Space just speak to me at a fundamental level at this point in my life that attending them is irresistible. Sacred Space is the best thing I've found since moving to Astoria.”

“This is an old school croatian club/restaurant. It's such a hidden gem!. You really feel like you are in a old world kitchen/restaurant. Our server was so kind, helpful and welcoming. The food was surprisingly good! We had the mixed grill plate, veal gnocci and black squid ink risotto. It was soooo soooo sooo good. The flavors were simple but well developed. We also had a bottle of Croatian red wine which was great. Highly reccomend this restaurant for a taste of homestyle, restaurant quality comfort food!”

They’ve mastered the Merguez sandwich, although their others are definitely worth trying too! The staff is always friendly, and the whole restaurant smells amazing.
