“Chris, the owner, showed up on the day I called about a broken water heater. After checking the unit it was determined that it had to be replaced. As it was under warranty, Chris took over, calling the manufacturer and helping me chose the best option which was to replace it with another and take buyout from manufacturer. Chris then showed up the very next morning, installed the new unit, and cleaned up the area making it better than before he started. Chris was fantastic to work with!!! Courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I will using Chris again for all my plumbing work!!!!!”

“I recently used bath planet and T.webber to renovate the bathroom in my condo. I had a 20 year old bath tub that had seen better days and was in immediate need of replacement. Ron and the Bath planet crew did an awesome job replacing the tub and bath walls. Everything looks great and was done in a very short time span (very important as i only have one bathroom!). “My water pump stopped working last night. I called Shaun at 830am he talked me through possible issues and was at my house by 930am. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He was one of the most professional service people I've dealt with. He explained everything well and was teaching his son the business which was an added bonus. It's a family business and they take great pride in their work. The price was very fair. I'm glad I didn't need a new system replacement today. I told him about my major drain backing up problem. He checked out the piping and let me know the possibilities. He worked his magic and within 30 minutes, water was draining properly.
