Found a hat that fit what I was looking for and ordered it. The hat showed up, and unfortunately had manufacturer defects that I do not fault EAS for. Communication was great and I emailed with Sal through the whole process. Easy to work with, and while they didn't offer prepaid return shipping, they did refund my shipping costs back to them. 5 stars for service. Will try to visit the store when I'm around.”

“I ordered a couple of swimtrunks from the NoNetz which ships from the States (I am in Canada). I got dinged with customs charges that made the purchase very expensive indeed. I complained to NoNetz and while they did not refund my money or anything, they did immediately add all this information to their website so the next person would not have the same experience. I am very impressed by how quickly they did it, and how much they actually seemed to care. They asked me a few times to check out the changes they made to their site and ask if that seemed good. Good company. Thumbs up from me.”

However, I cannot help but notice that foot traffic even during a peak season is not as robust as other stores or used to be. I think it is hugely due to the lack of visibility. To be specific the beautiful Red door. As beautiful as they are, it is stopping people from coming in. I wish you put glass insert. Seems silly, but I swear it will increase the business by a lot. This suggestion is coming from place of love.”

“If I could give more stars I would!!!!! I bought my wedding dress today! Beyond helpful from the second I walked in. The woman who owns the shop makes and designs the dresses herself. And her mom is just as helpful! She will tell you if it looks good, she grabs shoes for you to try on a dress for height she even brought us waters and a snack cause we were there so long. And Very great prices! My dress is $1500 but I also tried on dresses that were $900 and and and other lower and high there is such a range and all gorgeous from lace to dazzle champagne and white and light pink. She also does make up, bouquets, she has jewelry, shoes, bride made dresses for half the price they should be, just go you won’t regret it!!!! She’s amazing!!!!!! She’s also a runway fashion designer!!!!!! Beyond talented!!!”
