“Oceans is an AMAZING place. I have been taking yoga and meditation classes there for the past two weeks and have seen a great transformation within myself. I have anxiety, depression and PTSD and taking yoga and meditation has helped me so much. After classes I feel calmer, more grounded, more hopeful and full of energy.
