“I ordered two large dessert trays from this Edible Arrangements location. I had specific requests (as they were being sent to doctors offices and wanted a birth announcement and holiday card sent with them). I asked that they both be delivered before the holiday — unfortunately, one of the offices was closed early (due to the holiday) and we were unaware of the early closure. The owner personally delivered this one since the office was opened past delivery hours. I felt horrible that this had happened and they assured me it wasn’t an issue and we would figure out another date to deliver it. Both dessert trays were delivered as promised with nothing but professionalism. I was so beyond satisfied with the service here and I will only be coming to this Edible Arrangements in the future. The staff was nothing but nice, helpful and accommodating! Bonus - my three year old daughter came to place the order with me and the owner was so kind and generous — gave her a plush stuffy reindeer that made her day! “My husband bought flowers for my mom here and she absolutely loved them, and we liked how we were treated, so we decided to come here to get our flowers for our wedding. We did something non traditional, so I wasn't planning on having a bouquet, just floral centerpieces but after talking to the woman there, I knew I wanted a bouquet for myself. I'm only 4'11" so she said she would make it a good size for me, which it absolutely was. We gave them an idea of what we wanted everything to look like, and they were SO easy and accommodating. “Great service and beautiful flower arrangements. I ordered an arrangement through the website for delivery. The website has lots of pictures and is very user friendly, and easy to navigate. The payment process was painless. I received an email confirmation right away, stating my order was received. I didn't notice my special request in the confirmation so I emailed the owner, Lisa, right away. Lisa confirmed that she did receive my special request and happily included a butterfly in the flowers. She also refused my offer of any additional payment. Thank you for your kindness, Lisa.
