“The team did a great job helping us move during a stressful time and a broken ankle! Easy to get in contact with and very efficient in setting up a date last minute.They arrived exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. All items were broken down, packed and wrapped well to insure that anything fragile did not break. Upon arrival, they reassembled and set everything up even better than I imagined to fit in a smaller space. (And even fixed some things) The initial quote was lower than the actual cost, however the move did go over by 2 hours and we were charged the hourly rate. These guys deserve every penny. Would use again!”

“I used Moving Ahead end of August for a move from Manhattan to Long Island. Paul and his team were on time, efficient, and ultimately very handy. I had no problems with any aspect of the move. Their quote was competitive with local moving companies. Below are some of the things they did to make my moving experience great. 1. They came prepared to handle some extra stuff that I didn't give them a heads up on. 2. They spent no more than half an hour loading their moving truck, and they arrived at the final stop about 10m after we did (~30mi trip). There was no dilly-dally. 3. My custom wooden bed frame wouldn't clear the door space of the place I was moving into. They professionally figured out how it was put together, took it apart, and put it back together so that I could keep my wooden bed frame. They also walked me through and marked how I would have to take it apart if I ever wanted to move the bed out. 4. They took apart and removed for disposal an old freezer. 5. Overall pleasant attitude and demeanor. Paul and his team were great, and I will definitely use them again for any move.”

After failed attempts myself of getting it in the 2nd floor apartment, I called Military Movers of America. Not only were the extremely professional and kind over the phone, but they were reassuring that they would do whatever it takes to make it work! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule within just 2 days of calling them. They called me in the morning to confirm my appointment and were on time with both the pick up and delivery of my couch. Both of the movers were hardworking, considerate, and above all else patient and crafty! They were able to get the couch into the apartment, and they did it with a smile. Also, more important both men practiced health/safety measures to ensure the safety of all of us. I truly appreciate these men, and company.
