“Before working with Caitlin I was a little all over the place. I had lots of things I wanted to accomplish and routines I wanted to put into action but never took the time to or was patient enough with myself to do so. This caused me to put a lot of stress on myself and perpetuated the cycle of staying trapped in my mind. Caitlin helped me free my mind up, and allowed me to give myself room to focus on what I really wanted. Caitlin's expertise in psychology and as a life coach go hand in hand and create an environment for achieving the things you want for yourself, whether they be personal or professional . While working with Caitlin I have become more patient with myself and hold myself accountable for the things I want. I find that I have generally less anxiety and the daily tasks of life are much more enjoyable.
