I love this office very much..

When I walked in this location, I lost a lot all at once! my apartment, my marriage. Stacey Williams and Lilia Joseph both made me feel right at home! They help with the best size cube and how to make payment online. After all I went through I was feeling sad, until after the visits at cubesmart I felt like I had hope again!! Very grateful.. it’s the small things in life that matter!

Great customer service. Very clean facility. Easy reservation and renting process. Stacey & Lilia were very professional and polite throughout the initial visit. Highly recommended location at Shell Road in Brooklyn, NY.

My Experience with Stacey Williams and Liiia Joseph was Awesome. I truly APPRECIATE how the ladies really have a friendly personality and the very knowledgeable about there job. They make you feel comfortable to leave your personal property. The ladies are beautiful in and out.

I had a very pleasant experience renting my unit. Lilia and Lisa are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The first unit I reserved was not suitable for me and Lilia showed me another which was fine. Everything was done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this CubeSmart facility.
