“Beautiful and quiet place to live! Only problem I've seen is people not following the small dog rules and also not keeping their dogs on a leash! I've seen big pit bulls and all kinds of big shepherd looking dogs. One actually attacked my small dog while he was on our own property and on a leash!”

“Wonderful campground. The new owner is greatly improving the place. The showers are clean and renovated. The community area is also newly renovated and inviting. It was a nice place to camp for the week as we hiked the Finger Lakes trail.”

“I've lived here for 2 years now. It's definitely not solely 55 and up. There are children on my block. However, for the most part, it's quiet. I do hear Lancaster speedway loud and clear. I also hear all the football scores from the high school games. I'm more towards the farthest street away from the school. There are a few new mobile homes on my street from 2020 when I moved in. A new home went in last week on my street, it's still progress. Today is 7-26-22.”

“I lived here in the mid 80's, and have great memories. I remember the red milk machine at the top of the hill. My grandmother had plenty of arguments with it, lol....We lived in the lot 23 A Wish Circle, my uncle informed me that the trailer was torn down. There were great activities in town, football and cheerleading, which I was EMW! Such a quiet town. At 39 year's old I appreciate the memories.”

Conveniently Located, Lot Rent is Reasonable (For Now) , And They Get a Big "E" For Effort, For Trying to Keep This a Nice Place to Live. I Have Read Reviews of Other Parks in the Area and You Can Definitely Do Alot Worse.”

“It was a very nice campground. The cabin was newer and the overall environment was pleasant. One of the things we really enjoyed were the fun cycle and paddle boats and the pricing was surprisingly very affordable. The employees were very nice and the couple of issues we ran into were taken care of very quickly. Definitely recommend.”
