“We were involved in a vehicle incident that resulted in a fatality on the Thruway. The NYS Troopers were onsite within minutes providing comfort and aid to me, my wife and two crying grandchildren. The Troopers and paramedics were outstanding in their care and concern for our well-being. Trooper Jason and a fellow officer even took the time to locate and bring our tablet computer to our house at 2am, where we were still awake and badly shaken. The detective on site also drove my wife and the kids to their mother's place and got my wife home so she could drive to the hospital where I was being treated for injuries. My heart and gratitude go out to all the first responders. Great Job, Thank You”
