However, Brian, who I'm assuming is the owner, went out of his way to assist me. Taking my name and number and helping me to look for my "missing" bag of laundry. I appreciated all his efforts on my behalf. While doing my laundry, Katie was also very helpful, as I was used to old school coin operated machines. “Rob & his son Bryant came in and I had quite the challenge!!! My last tenant had lived in our apartment for almost 10 yeas. They had a cat for most of it. There were just a lot of stains all over it. I just asked for them to do the best they could. When he finished I was amazed it looked awesome. The next day some of the deep stains came to the top, Rob came right back and took care of them also!!! Will use again & would highly recommend!!!”
