“Me and my girlfriend have stayed in many hotels this past summer and this hotel by far had the best breakfast we stayed at the Curtis in Buffalo for $500 for one night and all they had available were muffins she was very disappointed to say the least.... they actually had their own Belgian waffle maker never actually seen that before bed was super super comfortable showers were hot a little outdated but that was fine definitely worth what you pay for!!!!”

“Front desk staff was a bit not really nice - not offensively mean but not friendly either. We specifically asked them not to clean our room during our stay because on our last stay here they had thrown out stuff that was not trash and we had to track down Housekeeping and ask for our stuff back - some we got back, some we didn't. Breakfast is pretty short, served only from 6A - 8A and there's not much to be had even if you make it.”

“I had to drive from Texas to Buffalo by myself in August to get to my mom in Canada as she was ill. This was during COVID. I chose the Holiday Inn brand because of their stated COVID-19 cleaning and social distancing practices and I was so pleased and felt so safe the first night, I decided to exclusively stay in Holiday Inn Express and Suites properties every single night of my journey. Today is my last day of quarantine in Canada and a big reason I am virus free is the precautions and safety protocols Holiday Inn has in place. THANK YOU - you have a customer for life.”

“The beds are a little firm. Our air conditioner reads 60deg but it definitely is at least 70deg in our room. Aside that our room is very clean, the whole place is. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is super nice always asking if we need anything (we've been here a few days). The price is great as well. Would highly recommend”

She immediately identified my medical concerns, and planned the massage to eliminate the pain/areas of concerns. I left feeling 10 times better than I have in weeks. “The Lakecrest Estate Bed & Breakfast is a hidden gem! I would highly recommend you reach out to Tracy as she is a great host - hospitality abound! We hosted our rehearsal dinner leading up to wedding at the Estate, and got rave reviews from our guests. The rooms were very nice and the overall value for our weekend stay was excellent. Location is extremely convenient and the grounds remind me of a sprawling park. Give Lakecrest Estate Bed & Breakfast a try - you won't regret it.”

They anticipated issues and brought them to my attention and offered opinions when asked.
