“When I have a repair that I don't want the dealership to pick my pocket for, I take it to Bartsch's. Always honest, very well priced, and looking to work with what you need to get by. They are incredibly friendly and do thorough work. You get the sense that they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. One example....I had a rot in the exhaust. The dealership wanted to replace the entire system for ~$2k. Bartsch welded in a new piece for $100. They're honest.”

The selection of vehicles was a wide variety of makes and models. Very convenient while in the lot you can go right on their website to look up vehicles and their location in the yard. “I bought some loaded calipers and rotors for my 05 Ford Excursion. I had an issue with the rotors not wanting to fit with the calipers and brackets for my oem front calipers. I called and Tim answered on a Saturday at lunch time, even though they were closed! 🙏🤘😁 My call forwarded to his cell phone, and he could have ignored me but he didn’t. 😁 With his help, I figured out the front rotors are wider than the back. Once I got them placed correctly, the install went off without a hitch! Just wanted to say THANK YOU TIM!!! Awesome customer service and great products. With a truck as heavy and old as the Excursion, I needed some serious brakes. I’m super happy with my purchase and experience. 😁”
