“Just started my travels at Buffalo airport and had the most pleasant experience with Sally at this coffee shop. Got the coconut iced Hawaiian coffee and it is FANTASTIC! Like probably my favorite iced coffee I’ve had in some time and Sally was so helpful with us finding what we wanted to order. Definitely will be looking forward to stopping here on future travels”

“The local staff at 1477 Main Street, Buffalo, NY are amazing. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The staff on the national phone lines, not so much. Gave much misinformation, when I questioned anything, the answer was pretty much that's how it is. They sent me first to the airport, knowing I had prepaid with a debit card. Airport staff stated they don't accept debit, only credit, and that national staff know that. So I had to change reservation to local Main Street shop. Had to take cab to both locations, costing me an extra $50-$60. Not happy with them. Very happy with Main Street staff.”
