They gave me some exercises, or had me ride an exercise bike while they attended to other patients... but the pain didn't resolve. Going to Andrea, my expectation was that this would be more of the same and that I was doomed to adapt to my pain rather than heal it. But (thankfully!) I was quickly surprised. Andrea takes her time to understand the specific pain and how it is related to the rest of your body. I worked with Kevin for the first time this past year after my fourth surgery on my knee, he worked with my 2 to 3 times a week for nearly a full year and I can truly say that I attribute a lot of my recovery to him and his work with me on my knee.
