“Let me start with, this is my second system. First install went off without a hitch. I will say the sales staff is very good, 5 stars (Scott for both systems), Installers are quick, efficient , five stars Second system was installed on a new home and no internet was available again 5 stars to installers. This is where this Company breaks down. I have made 3 internet request for help installing the Enphase Enlighten app to monitor my system. It appears they have cashed my check and left town....crickets...crickets..! My only advice...be sure this thing is hooked and running before you write the final check SERVICE gets 1 star. just a follow up on my post. Mr Kasselman did contact me and got the situation corrected. Most unusual to have the owner get in touch, I appreciate it. Running smooth. Solar is a great asset and always a conversation among friends.”

“We have a 10 year old self starting home backup Generac Generator. We get annual service/check ups on it. The last couple months it started having problems self starting. Despite us knowing how to reset and restart it ourselves..it got to the point where it just would not start. We'd had the battery replaced within the last 1-2 yrs, so my spouse and I thought maybe things are going bad on it, and it's just time to have the Generator replaced. We had 5 local companies come out to look it over with Ambrose Electric being the second to last one for problem solving, and/or an estimate. Mike Stein, the Vice President of Ambrose came out and thought it might be the "Step Motor." He offered to have one of his techs come out the next morning to "CHECK IT OVER FOR FREE," and based on what the tech found, Mike would inform us either what it would cost to fix it, or send us an estimate for a new generator. When I came home from work the next day....there was a message from Mike on our home phone. When I called him back---he said the generator simply needed "valve adjusting and will work fine for several more years." I was surprised, and asked him, “what do we owe you?” He responded with: "NOTHING---your records show you're due for another service in November, so I recommend you get it serviced then, and if any problems before that--let me know!" WOW!!!! We are so impressed!!! THIS MAN could have said anything from having whatever fixed to whatever price, or that we needed a new generator. But---he was HONEST! We are sticking with Ambrose Electric, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your Generator / electrical needs!!!”

“I needed some residential work. I contacted (phone and email) two recommended local electricians and they never replied. Called Mel Carr. They immediately set up an appointment for an estimate at no charge. Gary and Carlos arrived on time. We went over all the work needed. They seemed extremely knowledgeable. They said they could do and complete the job at that time and gave me an estimate which I thought was a little high. But knowing Mel Carr’s reputation for quality work, and the expression “you get what you pay for”, I gave them the ok. It took them a little less than 2 hours. They were so knowledgeable, efficient and polite, and explained everything. When Gary wrote up the bill, he said he overestimated some items and charged me about $150 less than the estimate, which I thought was more than fair. (I hope I don’t get Gary in trouble.) I highly recommend Mel Carr Electric.”

“We recently installed lighting in our garage, and the electricians did an AMAZING job. They were punctual and professional, and they set up the area ideally to prevent any surrounding debris or damage. They did a phenomenal job. The lights give our garage such an upgrade. I was beyond impressed by the minimal holes they had to make and the excellent patchwork they did to make the room look cohesive. You could tell they both were very knowledgeable about lighting and were kind and friendly. My husband and I can't wait to have them back to do a bunch of indoor lighting. “Room was decent and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a warning they may not have an overnight front desk clerk. So if you are arriving late you need to call ahead. Location wise it is close to shopping and the airport, but it's not in nice neighborhood. It is better than the days inn next door by a long shot. Price wise it's very cheap and affordable”
