“Eric is an efficient , intelligent , communicative lawyer. He got my felony charges reduced to a fine and expunged from my record. The charges against me were very serious although I explained to him the circumstances that led to the charges were not my fault , which he understood but explained to me the worst case scenario and the best case scenario. He didn’t sugar coat anything , but in the end he was able to get me literally the best outcome possible. The best part was he was easy to talk to a joke around with. I’ve never needed a lawyer before so I can’t compare his price to another but in my opinion the price was fair because I got the best service. I would rather pay what I did than pay less and not get this outcome. Additionally, he has offered to work with me free of any extra charge with some of the requirements of my plea deal. I think most lawyers would charge for any additional work after the case. This guy is so great he could probably get you off of a murder charge lol…. But please don’t murder anyone that’s not nice. “I do not write so many reviews, but I believe John deserves a review for his service. During March, on Spring break, I was traveling to Lake Placid with my wife. Unfortunately, I was pulled over by a police officer who gave me Three traffic tickets. Returning home, I contacted some lawyers, but I finally choose John Lindsey with a reference from another lawyer. John asked me to send the scanned copy of my tickets, and after analyzing those he told me he can dismiss two of my tickets and can reduce another one to a non-moving violation with no points. I got the final results from the court a few days ago and got exactly the same thing as John told me during our first phone conversation. Two of my tickets were dismissed and another one was reduced to a nonmoving violation with a minor fee and no points. During the whole process, I found John very kind. I communicated with John over emails other than the first phone conversation. He was highly responsive to my emails. Almost all of the time, he replied to my emails within 5-10 minutes, sometimes faster than that. This was the first time I got involved in any kind of legal process related to courts and others. So, I often asked John silly questions, but he always replied to me patiently and in a detailed way. And finally, I got the results exactly as John told me before starting the process.
