“They should seriously consider allowing people to become provisionally certified without the 3 reference letters like OASAS does with the CASAC-T after you finish the 350-hour education requirement. Being provisionally certified this way will make CPS' more employable after completing the Academy program because clinics and other places will see the value in having another staffer whose services can be billed with Medicaid from day one. References should only be mandatory after working and having some level of supervision on the job.”

We got a quick tutorial on axe throwing with the various tools and then we were left to do it ourselves with periodic checkins make sure it was going good. The boozy moos served there was also fun. I was able to get a flight of the ice creams and try a couple of different flavors. Would totally go again.”

“A popular lunch spot in the downtown Albany area. They don't have a real website, you have to go through Facebook. They had a full patio when I went on a Friday afternoon. Friendly service and the line wasn't too bad, it doesn't hurt to call ahead. I got the Rias Hot Sandwich, the chicken was delicious, great marinade! I'm eager to go back and try more of their menu items.”

I enjoyed my time at Disney on Ice, but my knees were killing me from the lack of depth & width in the seats. Best Deli in the Albany area Amazing pizza Great prices especially for downtown Great service Amazing family owned Cute dog (even though I am afraid of dogs lol ) And let me say the father and his family are so welcoming. Be smart on when you go because the line can be outside but they move fast never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Also they only accept cash or Venmo but 100% worth it. If I am in downtown Albany I am most likely coming here for lunch. 100% recommend this location!!!”

Restored with the funds and the effort from the Dutch Consulate, New York State Museum, and the Historic Albany Foundation.
