“This small gym is incredible! It's extremely well managed, and houses three amazing fitness professional to help you meet your goals. “In my 75 years, I have gone to quite a few gyms, and Designer Bodies is the best I have experienced. The equipment is top of the line, and the premises are always spotlessly clean. What has impressed me the most has been the friendliness, patience and care of the staff, and especially the trainers, all of whom have extensive understanding of human physiology that enables them to design fitness programs tailored to the particular needs of their clients. People of all ages and fitness levels can find what they need at this gym, including excellent guidance in nutrition. I have been training with Dwain for two months and am experiencing much more energy and enthusiasm through his nutritional guidance and exercise routines. What’s more, I have been much less bothered by arthritic aches and pains. Living in an aging body is actually becoming a positive experience, thanks to this facility and the people who keep it running (and also to the other people who work out there).”

“When driving across the United States you still have to stop and eat. We always plan far head with our stops to try and find the best places to eat when road tripping. Fast food is okay, but when given the opportunity to eat at nicer restaurants we always make the attempt. We were a day into our journey leaving from California and this was our next stop. We arrived just after the main lunch hour and there was a short line to get some food. Quite a different experience than I was expecting but It was oh so delicious. You actually get in line and pick out all the food you want, you're served and then go sit and eat. Kind of like a cafeteria but for the best smoked BBQ foods you'll ever eat. Let's just say we were stuffed at the end of our meal we weren't ready to get back on the road! We needed a good long walk to help digest all the food we had just eaten. Next time through we're making the effort to stop again! One of the best BBQ's I've ever had.”

“Starting back S&W to get back into shape after getting my vaccinations. Unfortunately, they have had to cut back on their group class schedule. I used to go to Body Pump on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Highpoint or Del Norte, but there is no Tuesday class at either location. So I tried Riverpoint's Body Pump class at 9:30AM. It's 6-minute longer drive to Riverpoint then Del Norte from my house, so it's not too bad. Same quality of instructors and equipment. I'm still hoping that the Highpoint Body Pump glass gets reinstated.”
