Complete Care at Westfield

Very polite and helpful where Mom is concerned, it’s only been a short time but the staff seem to be attentive to her needs.

My father recently stayed at this center and the social work team was extremely helpful and attentive. There were a couple of documents and online applications he needed to fill out and Heather was so helpful being I could not be there every day. Such a great experience thanks to her!

I would leave seven stars if I could, love the staff and social work team, Heather and Jessy. Complete care is the name and great care is what they offer. I met some of the nicest staff and they appeared to be the most understanding, as well as caring people. The nurses were on top of their game. The doctors were very professional. I found long term residence here. I am comfortable. I would recommend. Hi Heather!!!!!

Our family is very pleased to be associated with complete care at Westfield. My uncle Frank Corcoran has all this needs addressed and then some. Lisa and Sharon and all the staff treat uncle like family. This is the best place he can be. God bless you all😀

My father was brought to this facility for rehab after a stroke. He is an alzheimers patient and is often confused with a new environment change. He was placed in their secured memory care unit. At the rehab facility he received amazing care by the staff and therapists. He was happy and healthy every time I went to see him. I have no complaints and would use them again for a rehab for my elderly father. Liza the director had great communication and a good rapport with the staff and residents.
