Every meal I have here is cooked to perfection, deliciously seasoned and the staff are attentive and very pleasant. The owners put their heart into this place and it honestly shows. “We had a breakdown just a few minutes from the shop, we are not from the area and we felt kind of lost. By Divine Providence I went out to open my hood, and just as I did, the owner (I think his name was Stan) was walking out of the store we were stopped in front of. He didn't flinch and walked right over to help. When I saw him walking over with conviction, I just knew everything would be OK. He had that determined look on his face like I am here to help. I was actually on the phone with a towing service but I hung up in middle. He took our car to his shop and started working on it immediately as we all camped out in his office. The overall cost was very reasonable (it was cheaper than If i had to fix this back home). He was very knowledgeable, and honest. What could have been a real nightmare (and costly) experience was actually pleasant thanks to Sussex county auto repair. We really appreciate the great service! Also, aside from fixing the issues that caused the breakdown, Stan also fixed some other minor issues like bumper alignment etc. It's the small touches like these that demonstrate excellent customer service and a true love of the craft.”

“If you like baked goods, this is one of the best in the county. The rum balls are rich, the brown derby cake is a fun mix of fruit, whipped cream and chocolate. Most is made in house. I've heard the sandwiches are good, but we've not partaken. Some frozen items, and decent bread. A good stop on your way along Rt. 206. Oh, and if your in foodie-mood, Dale's Market is on the other side of the road a bit - fun rural market with great meats and sandwiches.”
