“The team at LearningRx-Warren worked their magic with our daughter. We waited a full year after our daughter participated in their program before we posted a review because we wanted to know if what she learned there actually stuck and made a difference. She was a kindergartener who showed an aversion to doing anything phonics related, begged to stay home from school on days they were working on reading, couldn't even focus long enough to try to sound out a word so forget about reading. After only 5 sessions of their unique program she was pulling out hand written cards from the grandparents and fumbling through to TRY to read it on her own from beginning to end. We literally cried. After 6 months she gained the confidence, and SKILLS, to keep on tackling any challenges and was able to finish Kindergarten strong. At the start of First grade she had caught up and was reading at grade level. Halfway through the year, she's already reading at a Second grade level, and we can see her using the same techniques she had learned at LearningRx the year before. From what we could see, this is NOT a tutoring program, it's more that they try to identify the barriers to her overall learning process and give her tools to overcome them bit by bit so she can apply these techniques across all areas. Reading is still NOT her favorite thing to do, but we are amazed at the progress she has made and the willingness she has to try activities she still finds challenging, and we credit LearningRx with that. Best investment we have made in our daughter's education, hands down!”

“I enrolled my daughter at the Apple Montessori in Warren because I liked the proximity to my work and the accessibility with the WatchMeGrow and Tadpoles app. She started at 4 months and now, 10 months later, loves going to daycare and seeing all her teachers and baby friends. As a first time mom, I wasn't sure what to expect and had heard some horror stories from other moms about sending their children to daycare but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition was and how quickly my daughter adapted to the new setting. We also love all the updates to the school and are excited to watch our daughter grow in the Apple Montessori community. The teachers have been amazing at caring for my daughter and making sure her needs are met but also individualizing her care and learning. They're very interactive and engaging and happy to collaborate on ways to promote her growth and development. I did read a review about the turnover and will say that has been true in our experience, as well, but don't let that deter you from choosing Apple Montessori. The teachers, old and new, provide consistent and focused care regardless of change and I have not witnessed any gaps or deficits in my daughter's care. The only downside we've experienced is the constant exposure to illness which I think comes with any daycare setting, especially for children as young as my daughter. It's been challenging arranging alternative care when my husband and I both work full-time and are already paying full-time tuition. So I would caution parents that might already be financially strained or not have a strong backup plan to consider this. Although this can happen at any daycare, which is why I'm still giving Apple Montessori in Warren 5 stars!”

“My daughter went to attended the Primrose School of Warren for 3 years (age 2 to 5 years) and I will highly recommend it to parents looking for a safe and clean environment for your kid to nurture and grow. If both parents are working the timings work out perfectly well and best is healthy meals are included so you don't have to worry about packing lunch and snacks. The management and staff are extremely helpful and supportive. My daughter is going to really miss Primrose now that she is ready to start Kindergarten.”

“I can not say enough great things about Foley Prep! My son spent the summer prepping for the ACT at Foley Prep Bell Works. He looked forward to each and every session because the teachers are amazing! They are young, smart and relate very well to the students. Approximately 75% of his classes were one on one and the rest of them only had 2 students in them. He got to know the teachers really well and loved their teaching style. Their methodology is child centered and focuses on what the students in the class need to work on (they review the students' practice tests to understand and focus on their weaknesses). After each practice test my son took, we received detailed score reports and narrative feedback on what he needed to work on. We loved the flexibility to select the classes he wanted to take and to choose the days/times that worked for our schedule. Most importantly, FOLEY PREP WORKS! My son scored a 35 on his first attempt at the ACT (up from a 29 on his first practice test). His science went from a 25 to a 36! He worked hard, but without the amazing teachers and individualized attention at Foley Prep, there is no way he would have been able to score so high.”
