“When my husband discovered a leak at the shutoff valve in the main bath we dreaded having to make calls to find a plumber. Two companies sent us directly to voice mail. Only Harris answered the phone. My husband spoke to a very nice young lady who told us they could be out to our home the very next day between 8 -10 am. If you've ever had to get work done on your home you know this isn't the norm with trades people. This morning we received a call telling us that they were on the way. Alex was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was straightforward with the work needed and got the job done in a timely manner. We were so impressed with our experience that we signed up for the service partner program. Oh and those other two companies we called? One said it would be $89.95 just to come to the house PLUS $90 for the diagnostic. Seriously? Ninety bucks just for you to drive to our home? The second company has yet to return our call.
