“I never had a bad experience going here throughout the years, and the only time I see a person behind the counter leave is when they need to get a package for someone or to get supplies requested by the customer. They help me and answer my questions, they joke around with the customers and my 5 year old. They are nice. The line can get long depending on what time of the day it is, but that's normal.”

“Great service. The lines move amazingly fast, especially when people follow instructions or at least read the signs! I like that the workers take the time to help people; when it's my turn they have always given me the proper attention. As with any retail outlet, if there is a line, you may have to wait a bit. Even at Christmas, with the line snaking out the door, I don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes. If you are in a rush, maybe you should plan on visiting at another time.”
