“We were referred to Gary at Design Right from a friend. My wife & I met with Gary at his showroom/office and things began to move quickly. He gave us good advice by making suggestions and getting the most out of our small space. This is the first time we ever re-did a kitchen so Gary's knowledge and tips were super helpful. The cabinets arrived on time & all went well with installation. Since the job was completed we have gotten more compliments on our kitchen than you could imagine, including by the different contractors working on the job. One of the carpenters even started taking pictures and said something to the affect of "Boy this is one of the nicer kitchens we have done, I want to show my wife!". In the end it was a great decision to go with Gary at Design Right. In these days of people making false promises & not living up to expectations, this was not the case in this remodel. And great communication back & forth during the waiting period while the custom cabinets were being produced. We were not kept in the dark wondering about delivery. Staff could always help you with your questions, keys duplication is fast and easy. They have incredible kids workshops every month. Self-service encounters are good when the store is crowded.
