“Extremely professional. A true family business. Pat was amazing throughout the whole process. My mom was a mess after losing her brother. Pat was extremely warm, genuine, and caring. We had a tight budget and she was conscious of that throughout the arrangements. Really looked out for what was best for our family as opposed to treating this like a moneymaking business. Her husband Rob was also fantastic. Takes great pride in the presentation of the deceased for open casket as well as the wake ceremony.
