Definitely an artist i would recommend. I was patient and waited for an artist I was comfortable with and could execute my vision of my traditional sleeve. I have been booking with Rey since nov 2015 and am 80% complete with my sleeve not to mention a portion of it was a cover up. his work is flawless and the line work is exceptional if you want a nice clean and well executed tattoo he is the man to see.
