“This review is regarding the Rite Aid pharmacy department of the Lavallette store. Recently, we were on vacation nearby when we discovered we did not have enough important medication with us. This was truly an urgent situation, as we were unable to reach the doctor and needed medicine or we would have to visit a local hospital for care. I called the pharmacy for help and Shirley who works there was incredibly calm and helpful. She gave suggestions on ways we could remedy the situation, and when i stopped in at the store to talk to Jonathan, the pharmacist, about it, he went the extra MILE to call our doctor, as well as our mail-in prescription company to be able to fill the RX and avoid a true medical emergency. I can't thank them enough for being kind, patient, caring and, most of all, handling our Rx needs quickly and efficiently. I won't use another pharmacy ever when visiting that area of the Jersey shore.”
