“I can't say enough good things about this place. I started off only wanting to train twice per week and now am up to four. The workouts are effective and change weekly due to your specific goals. The staff there make you feel like family and it is a very comfortable environment to work out in. Kenny and Michelle push you to try harder, while making sure form is correct to protect from injury. Before, I didn't enjoy working out, but actually look forward to my sessions now. Michelle is very encouraging trainer---truly cares about my goals and helps keep me on track. I came to the gym after taking a couple months off from working out and my endurance already has greatly improved. Kenny is a seasoned trainer with a heart of gold. Not only great trainers, but great people. Not sure why I spent several years going to a very expensive over-crowded gym in the area when Figures and Physiques has been here all along! So glad I found them!”

“Went here everyday while staying at the nearby Holiday Inn. Staff is incredibly nice and prices are super cheap and food is fresh and delicious. Could not recommend more if you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a whole meal on your way through. You can easily get a full meal for $5 either by splitting an omelet platter with someone or getting one of their bagels. Great value”

Upon paying w a gift card she received for her birthday, we found out that someone had hacked her gift card and there was a $0 balance. The store manager Brittany was very helpful trying to get corporate to help out & replace the GC monies. She spent more than 1/2 hour waiting for someone to even answer the phone (all while she was coding sale items and reassuring us that she would get to the bottom. Finally she did and called me to say they had issued another Gift card. I will make this store my place to shop!”
