“The sales people are nice. Ryan, my sales guy, worked really hard to get the vehicle with the specifications I wanted. He didn't try to oversale me stuff that I really didn't want or need. Francine, the finance lady, was nice enough. The sales manager knocked an additional $500 buck off my down payment to address my concerns. So why did I leave 4 stars? Well, it's off-putting to ask me to give 5 stars on a survey. You should work for for that. Secondly, their prices are a little too high. I looked a used 2018 A4 Premium plus (at their brother site) and they were at least 2K -3K over the market value. The same thing can be said for their new cars. I went the lease route this time so the financial calculus is a little different. All in all, I had a good experience.”
