“Dave's sound repair is a complete hidden gem of a business. My understanding is that Dave primarily focuses on repairing sound equipment including guitar amps, etc. I have had minimal interactions with Dave but have found him very easy to deal with. In addition to Dave, Bill handles work on guitars and I have utilized Bill's services for professional setup of four of my guitars including two Fender Telecasters, a Rickenbacker 330, and a Gibson Les Paul. While these are all quality guitars on their own, after Bill worked on them, they played like entirely guitars and sounded and felt great. Bill really knows what he is doing with guitars and highly recommend his services. Anyone purchasing a new guitar should take it straight to Bill to be setup. Any issues throughout the life of a guitar whether it be repair or maintenance, Bill is the guy. I can't recommend this business highly enough.”

I would recommend anyone seeking qualified professional salespeople with impeccable customer service skills to visit Batteries Plus Bulbs #199. I have been visiting this store for years and every time I feel appreciated and welcome by the entire team. I currently live in GA. When my batteries stop working, I wait until I visit VA to take my watches to this store to get my watch batteries replace with their life-time battery policy. And I have about 7 watches listed in their system for life-time battery replacement. It doesn't matter for me; I will drive hours to get my watches service at this location. Not only is their customer service great but the way they take care of your merchandise is commendable. They treat my watches as if it was their own. “Had my polished aluminum wheels screwed thanks to New Jersey and its rt80 potholes of doom, I called and they said yes to everything, it was crazy. That night I went home took all 4 wheels off and at 8am dropped them off. I can't even tell you how fast they were done, and in gloss black just how I wanted them. mounted and balanced with care I've never seen before, all while the entire process felt inviting and genuine. Wheels better than new, and finally a place I can recommend people go to with any powder coating needs. (Mustang 19" wheels with the raptor)”

“Walked in closed to 10am on a Monday morning. Frustrated because my regular mechanic replaced perfectly good pads on the front of my car instead of telling me I needed rear pads. I pull up to Fred @ Brunner's and ask how much to replace the rear pads. I tell him I already have the parts and he gives me the exact same price my regular mechanic quoted for the front brake pad replacement. Swift friendly service and found out Fred's a bowler...
