“Meredith, the animal control officer, truly cares about the animals in this town. She is responsible for rescuing animals, locating and returning lost pets ranging from bunnies, cats, and dogs to parrots, maintaining the animal licensing and running a wonderful dog park, Happy Hound Playground. She has helped to rescue wildlife including geese, deer, and even a crayfish! She runs a shelter that cares for cats dogs, lizards, fish and other animals who need homes. The animals are well cared for. She works to find the perfect home for every animal. It is a no kill shelter. Some cats have been there for years. There are no adoption fees. She can help residents remove potentially dangerous animals like poisonous snakes on their property. She also assists other towns and shelters when they need help, supplies, etc. There is not a more caring, dedicated animal control officer in the State of New Jersey.”

“I love Dr Girz, she delivered my eldest. It was a nerve wracking experience w/a funny story mixed in. Regardless, she took excellent care of me and my baby. She required me to get testing that not only found the defect in my daughter but also my two other children that I would have never known about. She literally saved my daughter’s life. The defect found required surgery when she was 3yrs old. It was congenital defects so my siblings had their kids checked & found issues in their kids as well. I will forever be indebted to Dr. Girz, my only regret was I wasn’t able to have her deliver my other two children.”

“This review is about Muhammad Rashid Abbasi (oncologist/hematologist) in Morristown. Dr. Abbasi became my mom’s oncologist when she was taken into the emergency department one night in Morristown. She was previously a patient in the Sloan Kettering Memorial Center (which we had a terrible experience with) and after that night we transferred her care to this doctor. Right from the beginning, he showed care and interest. He reviewed my moms care thoroughly and told us about all the options she had, while being honest and realistic. I think he went above and beyond if any doctor’s responsibilities and even checked up on the family several times after my mom passed away. For anyone going through this horrible disease, Dr. Abbasi will be with you every step of the way in any way he can. Even my aunt who previously had breast cancer was switching to him after the experience we had with him, and I recommend him to the rest of you! I know nothing can make this disease “easier” but having him is a doctor at least gave us some ease in knowing that there was a competent doctor taking care of my mom in any way that he can.”
